The new website is up

The new website is now up. It is being graciously hosted by Michael
Holden. I've put about 10 hours into this so far. We currently have:

* Image gallery of those project images that I know about
* Video on the front page of the animated design
* Signup capability for new users (generates mail to Steve and I with
the new users currently, we'll investigate signing folks up in a more
automated way.)
* Milestone list
* Project FAQ
