New look for Seabirds.net

Hi everyone,

For those of you who have been keeping up with seabirds.net, you may
have noticed some significant changes as of late!

The new look for Seabirds.net is now available for everyone to examine
and comment on.

If anyone has any keen ideas for the layout, please post them so we
can integrate them into this page.
