Is it possible set a fix size output as A4 paper format?

It is a good idea, unfortunately software does not support such
functionality. It may require some rule, for example the original
picture is width/height is not same as A4 paper.
But if you print any size of image, you can choose to shrink your
image to 1 page size while being printed.
