I have some problems about data me data source coordonne geographic in GCS WGS 1984 how to convert this I will can using in Swat. Now is not possible.tnx

As I know you cannot change projection in swat. There tools in GIS software to do that, i.e. In ESRI ArcGIS: http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/10.3/guide-books/map-projections/what-are-map-projections.htm

The data that I use on their spatial coordinates reference GCS_WGS_1984 for example if the data in South area of China what geo reference I used?

I do not know what projection is for South China area but I would suggest you do the following: (a) open a shapefile that you know it's good (can be displayed ok on your GIS software); (b) look for the file projection (in properties window if you use ArcGIS); (c) use that projection for your projection conversion.
