I don't know if the font will make it through intact, but this is a real email from Clearwire in response to me checking if there is coverage for Clearwire Internet service at our house.

I thought it was spam until I realized there was nothing in it talking about making my penis larger (or mightier)

First of all, aren't you the one who scared me off of clearwire when kim and i switched apartments in Seattle?  What are you doing considering it now?

Secondly, don't be so hard on those clearwire employees (actually go ahead and be hard on them, they are fucking idiots).  They don't get paid shit.  Seriously, even if someone would have given me shit in bag back when I was looking for a job I might have taken it.  Clearwire doesn't.  Those jobs are one of the thousands of "commission only" jobs floating around out there preying on the poor, young masses who can't find a job anywhere else. (Which to me is an all together perfectly good reason not to use their service)

Lastly--I forgot to share this with you guys--I was cleaning out my spam folder the other day and I saw a subject line, "Turn your penis into the meat deathstar"

Well, the font didn't come through. The email I got looks exactly
like spam the way the font is huge and bolded.

the fact that Clearwire doesn't even pay a salary to these people puts
them down lower than an someone from a Call Center,

I was exploring what Clearwire offers, and their pricing, since Smitty
mentioned that he decided on Clearwire for the Temporary "sans
Treehouse" lodgings.

and you can't get any info from any internet provider without putting
in a zip code at least, and with clearwire it was an email address as
well,

I'm considering switching to Qwest DSL now that their speeds have come
up. But I'm also considering cancelling cable TV entirely and relying
on Hulu and Blockbuster for entertainment.

First I have to figure out if I can get all of Ann's reality TV shows
through Hulu. While I would rather puncture my eardrums than listen
to "jon and kate plus 8", the Tori Spelling show has become
interesting in that everytime she gets pregnant her husband takes up
some dangerous hobby to pass the time and somehow always finds a hot
female instructor to teach him his new hobby.

oh the hectic life of Hollywood millionaires...

but back to Clearwire, I'm pretty sure that they will be eclipsed in
3-5 years as Verizon and ATT roll out their 4th Generation Networks,
which will have more "speed" than what Clearwire is doing, which is at
best "slow DSL" (256-522kbit). Although slow DSL is more than good
enough for everything but watching video streams, like YouTube, Hulu,
etc...

Actually Hulu HD is pretty hoggy, and was giving my Comcast 6Mbit some
trouble, but dropping TV entirely would make up some cost.

but I don't know if that will fly,

Comcast is doing fine for Tim's super downloading here in the Palace.  $56/month.  Hulu and network websites work without problems on our Comcast subscription.

If you Google 'Clearwire' and 'Amy Holly', you can find a Better Business Bureau entry for Clearwire and their 'C' rating for customer complaints. Holly is listed as the General Manager for their Kirkland Regional office. So, it may be so bad that she's sharking sales from her unpaid agents. Then again, maybe she ain't the GM any more.

@Smitty, if you haven't already signed a horrible, expensive, binding, self-extending service contract with that particular corporation, please see me and let me tell you why doing business with them is going to be less fun than the worst party you've ever been to.
