I just wanted to use this hurricane and birthday announcement system to say HBD to T Sturtz. Hope it's not a caregory 5. Not sure he will see this, especially now that they live in Bellingham! Happy birthday ya crazy nephew.

I'll jump on that bandwagon: "Happy Birthday Tim". Or, if Tim no longer subscribes to the SeaMonkey newsletter, I hope someone will relay my greetings.

Save me some space in Bellingham; I would be surprised if we did not join you there in the next 5 years.

I have forwarded to Tim. Dave Carey, Bellingham won't disappoint. Housing isn't as desperate as Seattle but still escalation and competing offers. Trails are immediately out the door. We'll host a house party soon (once unpacked a little more :))
