No hover effect for buttons on JToolbar ?

Either I did a mistake or I miss the hover effect for toolbar buttons.I changed the layout of my toolbar to tablelayout and I cannot the buttons the mouse is over are shown as selected.

Configuration:

Windows 7, 64 bit

Java 7
