As we talked before - and I cannot emphasize enough - thank you for mentioning.
Your plan sounds great and I would love to contribute it.
As the consumers - businesses - the campaign and the council have roles/interests in this
we all need to make sure that the `water stays crystal clear`
we are building upon small steps...
1- Tom has started a stamp card scheme- which I find very succesful (he said that he did not)
2- Cool Campaign wanted to grow it .. and has re-visited some of the businesses and re-started the scheme with new cards and stickers
(we have 4000 more cards- printed - ready to give away/ and boxes for collection in the shops and labels to mark the shops - + an upgrade loyalty discount scheme (www.se5priority.co.uk) ready to launch - and I have asked Ann Marie to help with it.)
3- All this is to lead to a local smart rebate card - we have already established connections - deals with some suppliers in the prepaid-debit card market and we are carefully proceeding...
Your ideas are great - testing the waters would be very very very useful
But we need to make sure that this is in harmony with what is done before and takes it a step forward.
I am attaching our guide we are following.
Please share your plans and let us fit them into the master plan
If you like I will be in Holborn all this afternoon and come over to Camberwell for a quick meeting this evening.

ps. THIS subject has direct links with our plan to make a mobile application for Camberwell.
As Get-Greenwich did it for £1500.00 we have budgeted the same amount for it-
Some content did come from the Camberwell Travel Guide of CAF and some content was due from this Smart Debate Card`s location based application to show local discounts. I know that your app can host both content if you modify it and hence your position is very critical in this.

writing to let you know that I have been in touch with Camberwell Arts to
discuss the progress of this project.
The good news is that the project is, in fact, progressing in the planned
format, with a launch and series of events planned for this spring and
summer. As such, the project will meet the conditions of the original
contract and on that basis we will continue to support both this and the
Camberwell Arts Festival through the Community Restoration Fund.
I would therefore like to arrange a meeting to introduce you all to Kelly
O'Reilly from Camberwell Arts so that she can update you about both of
these projects. At the same time we can discuss the best ways they can
support the aims and objectives of the Camberwell Cool campaign,the CIC and local businesses.
