Dear All

Further to our recent correspondence about 'Made in Camberwell' I am
writing to let you know that I have been in touch with Camberwell Arts to
discuss the progress of this project.

The good news is that the project is, in fact, progressing in the planned
format, with a launch and series of events planned for this spring and
summer.  As such, the project will meet the conditions of the original
contract and on that basis we will continue to support both this and the
Camberwell Arts Festival through the Community Restoration Fund.

I would therefore like to arrange a meeting to introduce you all to Kelly
O'Reilly from Camberwell Arts so that she can update you about both of
these projects.  At the same time we can discuss the best ways they can
support the aims and objectives of the Camberwell Cool campaign,
the CIC and local businesses.

If you could let me know your availability during the weeks starting
1st April I will try to find a date and time that is convenient for everyone.

All the best

Bora
