Dear Helen,

I have just shared this with the local organisatiins we know in Camberwell but I know that we tried to leave space for such council led events in Camberwell by not taking any other major activities.

So the stage shall be yours and in contrary you may like to use our communication channels as additional media to your existing ones as well. We would be happy to be a part of the resonance.

Please do not hesitate to share content with our comms officer at the SE5 Forum at comms@se5forum.org.uk or post content to www.camberwellcalendar.co.uk yourselves.

For additional local feedback collections I shall also emphasize the potential opportunities with our new businness network moderator, Priya and her new social medium, Changify. We had her at our last local events and collected great feedback.

And you are surely aware of Joseph, the Youth Futures for your local distribition/ambassadorship campaigns.

Hopeful for more synergy
Looking forward to hraring more from you.
Best Regards
Bora Bicakci

Hello

We are currently planning The Elephant and the Nun, a family festival with all sorts of events and activities happening.  We have commissioned four larger events (Peckham Peace Picnic, produced by Peckham Space, The Village Hall Experience, produced by Pull the Other One, Azucar Flower Festival, produced by Latin American Multicultural Group and ComboNation, produced by Southwark Young Producers which will take place on Saturday 17 August) and are supporting 10 smaller events over the 10 days.

In addition, we would like to promote any events and activities that are happening in Elephant & Castle, Walworth, Camberwell, Peckham and Nunhead during The Elephant and the Nun - from 9 to 18 August 2013

I wondered if you would you be interested in your events and activities being included in the listings for the Elephant and the Nun?

We will include them on our website and we will be promoting the festival around Southwark and further afield.  At the moment, it looks like there will be at least 30 organisations contributing. By linking all the organisations up through the Elephant and the Nun, we can help promote each other and this vibrant area of London.

If organisations are interested in being included, we are asking them to complete and return the attached form with any images you may have, and asking that they add the sentence below to the events and to link to the website and include the logo.

[Project/activity/event name] is part of The Elephant and the Nun, a fun festival of quirky art, music, dance and theatre with surprises around every corner, managed by Southwark Council in partnership with local communities. www.southwark.gov.uk/eandn

Hope that makes sense - let me know if you have any queries.
I look forward to hearing from you. Please feel free to pass this email on to any organisations you think may be interested in being included.

Kind regards
Helen
