Campaign Review and Future Evaluation Meeting // save the date 7th of May - 6 - 8 pm in Camberwell / (place TBA)

Dear All;

As we are approaching the final period of the Camberwell Cool Campaign; it is time to make another short review and bring our ideas how we want to take this into the future.. Hence this meeting is to bring all relevant parties together about;

- All `Camberwell` branded event organisers

- All Camberwell branded domain / mobile applications / guide, map and calendar / loyaly scheme  operators

- Youth Service Providers to support the local Ambassadorship Scheme

- Made in Camberwell Directory moderators / as our future suppliers for our Made in Camberwell branded promotional item 

For this; we are preparing a framework how we can stay connected for a common good. 

That framework will be our agenda on the 7th of May at 6 pm on our meeting. Place TBA (most probably the Ferguson Room again - TBC) 

This meeting is essential for all our attendance and may be rescheduled.

Hi Mark

The links are to be found out on a `green focused meeting` 

we are planning towards the end of may - beginning of June

As this is also a transport issue; I will make sure that you 

will know about it as well

In so far; we are just supporting the map of the Burgess Park

to show all other parks in SE5 - as a preperation step towards it

but also to back up the May fair - and its future rotation

between the parks.

However; I have e-mailed also Jeremy for this to find out;

if there is an earlier `map/route` to be remembered from earlier studies

time to share it is coming soon..

Attached is the site plan. The front of the map will include a heritage trail map and on the back will be a programme of the day's events and all the logos. 

Hopefully the site plan will give you an idea of what is proposed but the final version will look very different.
