I can change you to manager level for further insturctions so that you can set it up
it is very strange that your e-mails are bouncing back and I do not receive any e-mail to approve. There is the probability that you are typing the addresses wrong as well ( and how I did receive them ???)
we need to find out so that this is not happening to everybody.
But I can do it earliest on Sunday- please apologise.
The loyalty card on the other hand will be in direct competition with the sustainability plan of the project itself I would feel OBLIGED to help you and support your project if you make it with a shared revenue model
or it helps the shared revenue model of the campaign itself. Please come back with more details and we discuss this on the board and proceed. I know that you have a lot of community benefit ideas and they perfecly fit for you. My approach is just to `kill the conflict of interest` in order to make you a part of the decision making process.
To start the conversation as quick as possible; I am copying this to the board of SE5 -CIC (there are not many yet) and the treasurer of SE5-Forum. This is a very very important yet a delicate subject we must focus on asap to maintain the momentum we have recently invested almost £40.000. Please come with some explanations and how your project can run in mutual benefit with the Camberwell Cool Campaign / local promotion and local loyality scheme to generate funds from its own performance.
The board must know about this asap before the money runs out
- A mobile application - £1500 - conversations started with Kelly to bring the Guide on a mobile platform
- A print map £500 - Burgess Park is preparing a map for the May spring festival - CAF has many previous work - conversations started
- £100 per month for Youth Futures to keep distributing leaflets with their local ambassadorship campaign - we have funds for the initial months but need an idea to sustain it and the loyalty scheme was planned to be the solution,
AND I KNOW THAT YOU CAN SUPPLY SUPPORT TO ALL THESE. YOU ARE THE MOST GENIUS AND BEST EQUIPPED PERSON ABOUT THESE SUBJECTS I HAVE MET IN THE LAST 5 YEARS IN LONDON. IF GREENWICH HAS A MOBILE APP FOR £1500 (it name is Genie - look up at
getgreenwich.com) - CAMBERWELL CAN HAVE AS WELL. So please take this as a good start point.
To avoid replication; you shall take into account that
1- we have asked everyone about the loyalty scheme - there are willing businesses - ready to go
2- because many are not accepting cards we are starting with a `primitive` stamp card scheme - Ann-Marie will be RE-launching at the food festival.
3- our final aim is to launch a rebate-smart card scheme (there is only one operating in the market (the second Tik-Tap - stepped back) - which is
cashbackapp.com - and we were in close contact with them and the contacts must be re-established asap. (The council is also looking forward to seeing positive results and they would (my opinion) encourage other towns (especially under the CRF umbrella) for this) and future resources may be available to support its launch and promotion.
4- We are aware that this is the only way (should not be) to maintain the continious income - to `pay` the campaign in the future - and eventually to pay a `town centre manager` when there is enough revenue in the future. - so IT IS OUR FUTURE.
Hence; I thank you again for your proposal and kindly ask for a presentation; maybe at the next SE5 Forum Board Meeting where CIC Members can attend as well and you find out at once how to take SE5 Business and Resident Communities to the next level. I am copying this to everyone I see relevant.
My question about the `conflict of interest is not to offend you - but to give you the opportunity to explain the opposite.
With my best regards
Bora
ps. the only people I could not copy in are Jes and Tom - because they are very busy people but
we cannot ignore their contribution and engagement to this so far. So I encourage you to contact them as well.
