Attached is the softcopy of the liquidations including the progress reports I submitted to Ms. Isabel Liganon- SE finance Liason last Monday. 

For the sheps ZSA,SOL, RICO comments:

I understand from Nina and Kat earlier today, that there are two (2) receipts that were not included in the liquidations for logistic c/o Lance (OR for Portalet rental) and Marketing c/o Kat (prints). Because of the limited time we have to be able to finalize the Financial report and there are time constraints issues of receiving  ORs from respective people which will affect the revision of the Liquidation report, I suggest if this is amenable to the sheps, that those ORs would instead be entries to the Progress reports for the Cash donors so that Lance and Kat will be reimbursed of the amount and finance will not need for the actual OR to be attached anymore. 

Please let me know your thoughts on this the soonest possible time.

Confirmed donations which are in the BPI GTTF account is 43,450.

There are several anonymous donors in the list so I think it’s enough to cover Lance’s 5,460 portalet OR. Please take a look nalang and let me know how you want to do it.

Please ask Kat for collection update on the rest of the 200K donations.

 

2.       Liquidation forms (see attached file)

IS and summary links are in error bec I removed the reg as requested.

 

3.       Reg

Sorry can’t find the latest one from Min. Please just look for the last forwarded email I sent you which matches the liquidation less 48 pesos and reg fees of 262,700.

Hi Cel, 

Just to confirm, those ORs that you are that would be included in the progress reports are the receipts from Lance and Kat right? Just those two?
If yes, im okay with this :)

Yes, Shep Zsa. But can u pls talk to Sab re: this coz the last time I talked to her apparently she is not approved, though I know there are certain rules about donations. If in case, she wants it to be included on the liquidation, Lance and Kat need to hand over the receipts the soonest possible time.

But just in case we can't do this.. Kat and Lance, do you guys still have the receipts with you for the portalet and marketing prints?

Hi Cel, 

I don't think Sab is approved with this option. Given that Lance already submitted the receipt to Nina and Kat still has the receipts with her, maybe we can just update and include this in our liquidation report? Lets just come up with a new one including these two receipts and submit it to Sab on or before Friday.

Are you going to the meeting on Thursday? Is it possible for you to bring the receipt of Lance na? Para we can give it to Cel na rin on Thursday and we can submit the liquidation by Friday.

Please bring your receipt narin on Thursday. Hopefully we can finalize our revised liquidation report this week.

For the registration, ang may utang nalang alam ko is ako and Lianne.. i already have the payment and will bring it on Thursday.

Cel is correct that that tita boots gave us till Feb 27 to finalize our liquidation :) That means we have to submit all our Liquidation report to Sab by Friday (Feb 24). So if the ORs are not in by Friday, Sab will proceed with the liquidation without the ORs. This would mean that any refunds that were not submitted to Sab by Friday will be forfeited.

To all:
Once again, a gentle reminder for all the committee heads given with budgets. Pls make use of the envelope that are given to list each expense that u do in the duration of the event. That is the PURPOSE of that envelope. All receipts should be in that envelope so that you won't miss any OR during liquidation. Let's stick with the 5 day rule liquidation leadtime so that if any discrepancies or other concern arise, we would still have more time to deal with it.

Sorry if I'm quite strong about this. Heads up natin to for the upcoming SE20 weekend.
