Hi SE19!

3 days to go 'til GTTF!!! This is it guys, konti na lang! Below is the minutes of our last GTTF meeting earlier in BCI. We really need your help guys. There are still a lot of things to be done on saturday. We cannot do this without you. Let's all work together as a class for HIM!  See you guys on SATURDAY!!!

Minutes of the meeting:

Class will meet at exactly 9:30am on Sat (January 28, 2012) at Lianne’s house for the preparation (inventory, packing, etc) and orientation of marshalls and photographers.

 

Will start setting up 12mn at Cuenca Park.

LOGISTICS

 

Welcome Arc – Deadline for New Balance: Thurs Jan 26, 2012 if no answer, the class will produce its own arc.

 

Insurance – Kat will talk to the people involved.

 

Waiver – Will have a booth near the entrance for registered participants

 

Shuttle -  Alvin’s Van for multiple trips; Jeep (400php 2-way; will just add if multiple trips are needed)

              -Lianne will coordinate with AAVA regarding the security. (If bib is okay; stamp method for new participants)

 

Baggage Counter – 3 Marshalls will man the booth.

Entrance (5)

Waiver Booth (4)

Registration Booth (6 – 2 for each category)

Race kit distribution booth (2)

Hydration Station (16) – 4 for each station

Start/Finish line (2)

Halfway mark (4)

Finisher’s booth (6 people from the Reg booth)

Baggage Counter (3)

 

Barricades: Semi assemble the A-part of the barricades for easy transportation. To be assembled at Cuenca. Gucci to ask permission from SJRM.

 

 

SPONSORSHIP

-       Get list of people from sponsors that will enter AAVA with equipments.

-       Kat will talk to the sponsors regarding the BIR form/TIN number of SJRM.
