2)Discussion on tribal solidarity and decolonization: occupy the dream facebook group is a good place to plug in on this conversation. they are drafting a letter of solidarity for immediate release about Decolonization. Action Item- outreach to tribes and tribal council and figure out directly how they are consensing on the issue and take it from there once we have some empirical perspective.
3)Oregon GA Conference- Antonio: Planning Big for a State wide General Assembly Weekend around March 15th. The Ides of March? 4 day long convergence of Rural and regional GAs to bond with an intensive retreat and Experience with workshops, spokes meetings, working groups, actions, trainings, music, dancing, eating, drinking celebrating and building unity! sounds awesome. count us in.
4)Barn Raising Project proposal- Yikes: Barn Raising Project is a new idea out of OWS that he is trying to spread here. A site/program is being developed to network and map out the collaborative assets and needs of the organizations that exsist in the community or movement. Sounds really cool. Again count Liam and Shiva in for sure.
