Support for recent FireFox (>v48)

According to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/selenium-builder/versions/ it's impossible to run Se Builder on a secure version of FireFox.

What's the plan to support recent versions ?

I'll look into this. I'll have to see how much needs to be changed for it to be compatible again.
