Hello friends, colleagues, and partners,

Attached are two great leadership development opportunities for youth (18-24) interested in social justice and how to build a stronger immigrant rights movement in Michigan and the country.

This round of fellows will be focused on bolstering the campaign for Comprehensive Immigration Reform, supporting eligible youth to apply for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and increasing voter participation in targeted districts.

Previous fellows have played important roles in successful campaigns to implement the DACA program, strengthen voter turnout in the 2012 election, and win drivers licenses for DACA recipients.

Gandhi Fellows will work in Hamtramck and the Northern suburbs with Michigan United and South Asian American Voices for Impact.

Estrada Fellows will work in either SW Detroit or Kalamazoo with Michigan United and community partners.

Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Best,

---
