2015 Tentative Team Race Practice Schedule

Team Racers,

As long as I'm hitting your inbox, here is a tentative practice schedule for 2015 that we've put together.  We can always tweak it and some days may have to modified for other Club hosted events but it'll give you an idea of what we're aiming to do this year to make team racing at the Club as accessible to as many people as possible.  We are moving away from the model of a per practice fee for each attendee and moving toward a simple program of going down to the Club and getting out on the water.

Spread the word about this group too, so we can add more names to the list and grow the masses.

In addition to next month's Balboa Team Race regatta, the Competition Fund is working towards pre-approving significant funding (~80% or more for travel, lodging, entry, charters) for the following events:

Baldwin Cup - Newport Harbor YC (entry, charter only)

St. Francis Invitational

Morgan Cup - New York YC

These are high-profile events that we should be focused on.  Let's take full advantage of the practice schedule listed below so that we can ensure proper funding of the aforementioned regattas!
