In order to complete the Dashboard on Monday (early in the day if possible), I'll need content from Kyle, Helen, and Lauren (whom I'll contact directly). Apologies for the late request. Helen, you'll knock it out of the park if you get the Dashboard prepared and posted 1/2 week in advance of the meeting or more.

For each item on the "Data Entry" tab where your name appears in column A ("Data Source"), enter the specified value in that row, column I ("December 2013 Meeting"). Items that are greyed out in column I can be skipped.
Helen, for the Leadership Development KPI, will you please reach out to the committee chairs to find out the current counts?
The values entered in column I of the "Data Entry" tab will automatically show up in column C of the "Dashboard 11/30/13" tab. Once we have all of the data, I'll print a PDF of the Dashboard and save it to the Board Meetings folder for Board & Staff review prior to the meeting.
