2013.10.31 Board Meeting Minutes

In order to complete the Dashboard on Monday (early in the day if possible), I'll need content from Kyle, Helen, and Lauren (whom I'll contact directly). Apologies for the late request. Helen, you'll knock it out of the park if you get the Dashboard prepared and posted 1/2 week in advance of the meeting or more.

Kyle & Helen, please go to:

http://drive.google.com > Service Dogs of Virginia > Strategic Planning and Goals > Strategic Planning Dashboard > Strategic Goals Dashboard > "Data Entry" tab

For each item on the "Data Entry" tab where your name appears in column A ("Data Source"), enter the specified value in that row, column I ("December 2013 Meeting").  Items that are greyed out in column I can be skipped.

Helen, for the Leadership Development KPI, will you please reach out to the committee chairs to find out the current counts?

The values entered in column I of the "Data Entry" tab will automatically show up in column C of the "Dashboard 11/30/13" tab. Once we have all of the data, I'll print a PDF of the Dashboard and save it to the Board Meetings folder for Board & Staff review prior to the meeting.

Hello team,

In addition to the documents listed below, when you go to the SDV Board Meetings folder on Google Drive, you'll also find Kyle's full activity report from eTapestry, which you can consider the backstory to the presentation he'll make at tonight's meeting.

As soon as I hear from Kyle, Helen, and Lauren, I'll update the dashboard and save a pdf in the Board Meetings folder.
