Hello dear friends,

As we eagerly look forward to the Spring season and brighter days ahead, I am writing to invite you to join the clients, volunteers, and staff of Service Dogs of Virginia in celebrating our recent graduates and their new beginnings with their service dogs.

We'd love for you to bring the family and share in the joy and inspiration of our graduates' moving stories of lives transformed through partnership. Your RSVP to rs...@servicedogsva.org or 434.295.9503 will help with planning.

Sunday, April 6th, 1-3pm
Buford Middle School Auditorium, Charlottesville

For our clients, life has changed in an instant and they've found themselves or their child struggling to manage every day activities. The highly trained service dogs we place with our clients make a profound impact on their independence, their well-being, and their aspirations for a life not limited by disease or injury.

In the absence of government funding sources and the reality of ever shrinking grant availability, compassionate community members like you have provided the vital sustaining support of our mission since our founding in 2000. With your help, we are able to continue improving the lives of Virginians affected by physical disabilities or injuries, Type 1 Diabetes, or childhood Autism.

In anticipation of attending or if you're unable to join us, will you please consider making a recurring monthly donation which will help provide reliable cash flow to support our programs? You can do this by selecting "Repeat payment? Month."

Thank you for considering my invitation and appeal. As a former puppy raiser, a long-time volunteer, and an officer on the Board of Directors, I care deeply about growing Service Dogs of Virginia's reach so we can broaden the horizons of more Virginians.

Your generous support within your means will help us do just that and is greatly appreciated. Your joyful presence at the Graduation Celebration is sure to touch your heart and the hearts of our graduates, volunteers, and staff.

Thank you, thank you!

Sincerely,
Heather
