Hi team,

What a night, eh?  I've removed Ross' access to the SDV google group and the SDV google drive.

Attached is the Governance Board of Directors description we worked on during this evening's meeting.  I incorporated the top 10 responsibilities of board members, as we discussed, and put the last bit of polish on the text. Thank you all for your really helpful contributions to the finished document.

Shannon, will you please put the attached text to SDV letterhead and circulate a PDF version to the board so we can share it with potential candidates?  Many thanks.

Thank you - you read my mind!

All - though I "promised" an agenda a full week in advance, I'm afraid I won't be able to do that for our April meeting.  I will be on a cruise for an autism consulting job with Autism on the Seas March 24-April 1, returning to work on April 2.  I will send an agenda on April 2 to everyone.

My apologies in advance for the short delay.

I actually integrated it as much as possible trying to make sure that what remained covered all of the bases.  I omitted the committee reference and the officer reference because I thought the boardsource language was sufficiently broad and inclusive.
