Hello all,

Although Helen and I presented a proposal and timeline for some leadership development activities at our last meeting, we need to set that aside for a while and focus more on development and fundraising, in support of the development committee, and acknowledging our role as board members in that area.  At January's meeting, Helen and I will initiate (or participate in, if already initiated) a discussion of some of the critical matters surrounding our financial needs.

Have a wonderful holiday.  I hope you enjoy quality time with friends, family, and furry four-legged creatures.
