Hello folks,

The Board Meeting Minutes from last night's meeting can be found on http://drive.google.com. Navigate to the Service Dogs of Virginia folder and within there to the Board Meetings. The file name is 2013.05.03 Board Meeting Minutes.

Please review and make any corrections of errors or omissions.

I attempted to call out the various action items we discussed since I know everyone wants to be as productive as possible in between meetings.

Shannon, since Becky has resigned due to her move and I'm now also serving as Secretary, will you please reset the secretary@ password and email it to me? Thanks,

Board, what should our policy be about including staff members (other than Peggy) in this google group? How about access to the various subfolders on google drive? Should any of the google drive content be Board+ED only or should it all be open to both Shannon & Kyle?

I am of the opinion that items/google group access should be open to Shannon and Kyle. In the event that we needed to have some sort of closed session on matters that would not be appropriate to be open, we could handle those minutes independently.

I agree as well. Once we hear back from Linda and Jessica and assuming they're in agreement, I'll invite Kyle to both the SDV Google Group and Google Drive.
