Is the film festival position role going to be sent out as a job description/ad or a request for proposal (RFP)? I thought I heard the latter at the board meeting. That might help frame the discussion at the next board meeting.
Also, once the board member job description is finalized, where does it go from there? Board member recruitment?
Would a Google tools demo by Heather to the group be a possible agenda item? I feel like I'm flailing around, not getting the connection between Google docs, groups, drive, etc.... Anyone else need a tutorial?
