HIV/AIDS Case Manager (3 open positions)
North County Health Services is looking for 3 HIV/AIDS Case Managers to provide world class service to our patient population. Must be comfortable with a variety of personalities as well as engage and retain patient case load.
The ideal candidates will have:
· 2 years of case management/social work experience is required
· Bilingual Spanish is required
· Strong client services experience and healthcare experience
· Strong proficiency with MS Office
· A valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record
