Health Educator
FULL TIME, 40 hour per week position based in North Park. We are looking for a Health Educator who will support the planning, implementation, and delivery of HIV prevention topics for our patients. This person will provide individual and group education, and participate in community events and outreach activities. This person should have a passion for community health promotion, for serving the medically underserved, and understanding how to communicate health topics in meaningful, culturally sensitive, relevant ways. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
