Hello,
The deadline for scholarship applications for the 2014 US Conference on AIDS has been extended to Sunday July 13. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals impacted by HIV/AIDS to apply for a free scholarship to attend this national conference being held in our community October 2-5, 2014.
All scholarship awards shall be determined on the basis of:
- Financial need.
- Maximum benefit for the maximum number of individuals who will have an influence on HIV related services in their communities.
- A completed and submitted application form that will be used to solicit basic financial information and information on how the applicant intends to use the information gained during attendance at the Conference.
Individuals who wish to apply for scholarship must fill out and submit the attached application per the directions on the form or submit an application at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2014Scholarship_app
Applications must be submitted no later than July 13, 2014 (extended deadline).
