Location : Houston, TX (Local Preferred)

Role Description:
Solution Delivery for Cards & Loyalty North America including: GSAP Florence Columbus EVE Bankcard Mandates
Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Business to deliver solutions for the Cards & Loyalty and the Customer Intelligence business via the analysis of new or changing business requirements within the Retail
application portfolio, communicating the Business demand into functional and technical requirements
• Facilitate the deployment of global programmes, processes and solutions by undertaking application analysis and test activities and co-ordinating such activities with the Business
community
• Operate as part of global or local project teams, within the application portfolio
• Work with suppliers, vendors & KAS suppliers
• Coach and support additional Business Analysis and KAS technical staff within the team, in the execution of their roles, as required
• Fully comply with and adhere to, all application and infrastructure standards and processes including SOx, DRP, and OneIT controls
Technical Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
• 10 years’ experience in IT/DS business managing/supporting business application/tools/information related to the Retail business;
• Experience in business analysis, project management and/or providing data management support/consultancy is an advantage;
• Business Analysis;
• Data & Analytics;
• IT Application;
• E2E Solution Skills;
• Experience with several of the following: Base24, ACI Base24 POS, XPNet, Maestro, Goldengate Extractor/Replicator, ICE, Prognosis, Pathway, TACL, TACL macros, Enscribe DDL,
TAL, IBM mainframe, PLI, DB2, Endeavor, FTP, TCP/IP, TSO/ISPF, JCL.
Soft Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
• Demonstrated initiative, planning, resourcing and implementation monitoring skills;
• Very good inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate to all levels;
• Must possess the ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
OPTIONAL: Demonstrated evidence of Enterprise first values and the behavioral imperatives.
2)Position : OSI PI Consultant
Location : Houston, TX
Duration : 8+ months
Role Description:
Global PI programme objective is to implement the PI Reference Architecture globally, which includes migrating US sites from PHD legacy historian to the strategic OSISoft PI Historian and all connected applications, calculations, and reports.
Responsibilities:
Team lead for technical implementation at sites, which includes requirements gathering, detailed design, and execution at refining/chemical sites. The selected candidate will report to the Americas Project Manager for the Global PI Programme.
Technical Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
• 6 to 8 years minimum experience in OSI PI tools (PI Server, tag configuration, PI ACE, AF);
• Experienced in interfacing to refinery DCS systems (Honeywell, Emerson, Yokogawa);
• Experience in working with typical refining/chemicals applications and understanding business processes at a refinery/chemical plant;
• Interface techniques (e.g., OPC);
• Adherence to Shell technical standards.
Soft Skills and Experience:
MANDATORY:
• Strong stakeholder management skills, working closely with customers at sites and project team;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Self-starter, with minimum supervision;
• Flexibility to have tele-calls before or after normal work hours to periodically interact with team members in Europe and Asia.
Travel Details: Periodic visits to refining and chemical sites.
