HOPE in the Park - a fun, family-violence free day at Balboa Park on
Saturday 10.08.11 from 1-7pm, sponsored by the San Diego Domestic
Violence Council. Food, music, rock climbing wall, resource booths,
Youth Zone, and candlelight vigil to honor those we have lost to DV

YWCA's Walk a Mile in Her Shoes event - Thursday 10.20.11 in Gaslamp.
A lighthearted event that draws attention to the serious issue of DV.
More information/register at www.ywcasandiego.org, $35 registration
fee and all proceeds go to support YWCA's Becky's House.
