Namaste!

Best wishes for the new year.

I'm proud to announce the 4th Annual SDTConf. This year we plan to hold the conference in Pittsburgh Supercomputing Center, Pittsburgh, PA, USA I strongly believe your participation will really help this conference. Your experience and passion for Simple Design and Testing will drive this conference to new heights. I'm also quite confident that you will find this conference adding value to you. So I request you to please block your calendar and make yourself available for this conference.

We plan to keep a max cap of 100 participants for this conference.

As you know this is a free conference and we use the concept of position papers as the price for admission. This helps us ensure the quality of the participants is really high. I also request you to put your position paper for the conference on our wiki. Making the position papers public help other participants gauge in advance what they can expect from the conference.

Any time before the conference if you come across some topic that you think will be worth while to discuss or demonstrate, please add a note on the Potential Topics page on our wiki.

Last but not the least, since this is a community run, non-profit event, we really on sponsorship in kind to make this event possible. Here is a list of items that you or your company can sponsor to support this conference.

Thanks for reading thru this email and I really hope to see you at the conference.

P.S: Please blog about this conference and/or send an email to your friends and colleagues. Word of mouth is the only way we have marketed this event.

Naresh,
How about organizing this conference in Mumbai also some time? I'll be
willing to help you in whatever way I can, if you so decide.
