We need Sponsors

I'm writing this email to check if you, your company or any one you know is interested in sponsoring the Simple Design and Testing Conference. It is scheduled in York, PA on 30th Nov - 2nd Dec 2007. This is our second conference.

We are expecting about 150 people for the conference. I was looking for a company that can sponsor in kind. We do not accept money.

For example if your company decides to support this event, they can send us 150 T-Shirts with just the conference logo on them. We do not like to make the T-Shirt a company banner. There are other opportunities to sponsor as well. Like sponsoring lunch for 150 participants. 150 x $10 = $ 1500.

Do you have a lis of items where items from where a company can
select. I can talk to somebody at my company, but it will be easier if
I have concrete items.

We need the following:

1. 150 conference T-Shirts with only SDTConf logo on them
2. We need lunch for 150 people. Costing 10$ per person. So total $1500
3. We also need someone hosting the dinner on Friday night for 100 people. Total cost $1000
4. Some one could sponsor the Tea and Coffee during the breaks. 2 breaks each day, so about $1000
5. We need someone to sponsor the stationaries. My guess is it would cost less than $100.

Nice to have:
1. Breakfast
2. Mini-Vans from the hotel to the University [Venue]. Its a 10-15 min drive.

This is pretty much the list that comes to my mind. If anyone things I have missed something out, please let me know.
