We will also need a certificate of liability insurance from your sponsoring organization. See attached letter of request.
Also, each person attending must sign a release of liability form (it’s a 3 page form). This is our general release form which everyone that comes here must sign. I will email that form to you soon so you can get it passed out to everyone that will be attending in September. You can forward it or print and hand them all out. All signed release forms can be turned in upon your arrival or ahead of time. So once I have your reservation confirmed I will work on sending you all the info. For now, the first step is for you to fill out the info below and email it back to me.

Yes, for both questions. Make the check out to Rawhide Ranch and your speaker can stay in our apartment for the same cost, $80.00.
I am including our registrar, Rebecca, into this equation so she can guide you through the paperwork. On top of the $640.00 non-refundable deposit fee and signed contract, we will need to have a certificate of insurance from your church and each participant will need to fill out a Liability Release Form. But Rebecca will help you with all of that

I wanted to let you know that I did meet with your team today and I showed them the facility. We taled about several options for seminar rooms including some outdoor options.
I would just offer a review of our discussion and agreement:
- 5 meals (Friday dinner - Sunday breakfast)
- Large meeting hall and 3 seminar areas/rooms
- Use of campfire on Saturday night
- Use of two cabin areas one for men and the other for women.
- Possible use of pool, archery and climbing wall depending on staff availability. We have to have certified staff available for those activities and it is too soon to guarantee that they will be available. We should know by sometime in May. IF they are available I will add them at no extra charge.
- $80 pp
Let me know if you have any other questions or thoughts. A 10% non-refundable deposit is needed to secure the date. For 80 people that would be $640.00
