FYI - As long as Kristina & Alecks are processing the $200 headstrong is paying Kerry, I'm all over the $800. Paperwork is in place and she will get the $800 after.

Alecks, Kristina should have gotten a copy of the invoice for $200 in her email so that you all can process that request.

The $200 needs to be processed through CHHS, correct? The CHHS meeting was yesterday and they discussed that we only have $600 in our CHHS account. I don't know how fast the $200 process is going to go. Does Kerry expect to be paid in full by next week? I will talk to Allie, CHHS president and keep you posted.

I do not know that it was CHHS, as I thought that needed to be matching funds. But I spoke with Sean and I thought we were paying for some of it out of HeadSTRONG's account. Maybe touch base with Sean, Melanie and Alecks about this.

Well it was out plan to pay for it initially from account and if possible get reimbursed by CHHS. The only issue was the 200$. I though it was a total of 900, 800 from IRA and 100 from headstrong.

Honestly, that is what I had thought too but Kerry had sent the invoices with $200 and $800. Kristina, what was your communication with her initially about her charge? I never discussed this with her so unfortunately I don't have an email trail to fall back on.

I just searched my emails from her. I forwarded you this email as well. But here it is. She was asking for $997. At the time, it was a much reasonable price than what Jeremy was asking for. I think $800 was just thrown around because that's how much we were able to get through IRA funding.

12-1pm can work on April 17th. I can tailor the talk to the audience as requested. Some

things for HEADSTRONG to think about is what do you want me to represent for you, as your guest

speaker… raise awareness about HEADSTRONG, increase the number of students that you 

have in the group, or help the student body get empowered with their health in general?

As part of my offering, I will include a free gift to the audience that they can download 

from my site, as well as the opportunity to get free weekly health tips to keep your community 

on top of their health in a way that is manageable, affordable, and easy.

I will also advertise this event to our own community, which includes an email list well

into the multiple thousands, plus a social media following of over 35,000. And we will 

reach out to our personal contact at NBC to see if they are interested in covering the story 

on the news. 

The cost would be $997, which you can pay half now to reserve the time on my calendar 

and then you can pay the second installment at the event.

Yes It looks like thats the best way, we should ask for CHHS funds for the $200, since thats coming up before the banquet, and Im not sure if there will be funds for the banquet.
