Hey folks,

Attached are the notes from the first conference call of the National Committee. Basic overview: we all introduced ourselves, and talked about our goals for the Committee. We also discussed implementation and ratification, and next steps for each of these things.

Feel free to point out anything that should be corrected/added in the notes.

Action items:
- Finalize language from proposals - Richard and Alyse
- Write up information on what the Committee is - Zach
- Create a wiki page about the Committe - Alex and Robin
- Put information on Committee website - Bobkin and Jon
- Working Group for Ratification - Kas, Alyse, Richard, Mike, Mary, Alex
- Any other ideas on how to get the word out about the Committee? - send it out to the listserv
