More talkgroup stuff

I know there is lots of work going on for the nightly builds so sorry in advance for throwing more traffic in to the mix.

My previous message regarding talkgroup numbers still holds.

All of our trunk systems in the area have 5 digits.

13001, 13002, …

We have a vary busy trunk system that has about 170 talkgroups in several categories.

I wanted to stop hearing the bulk of the traffic and limit it to only things I’m interested in.

Streaming with specific talkgroup numbers works.

However as a blind user I can’t for some reason find the control to set a talkgroup number to no monitor.

Looking at the way it is done it seems that having

    <id type="priority" priority="-1"/>

In the alias list for a given group should work.

It might but I’d have to do that for every active tg.

Because the range doesn’t work I can’t do what a web search indicated by creating a id range and then doing the priority thing.

Call it a tg lock-out or whatever it seems nothing I can do prevents audio from coming out of the computer speakers.

Restricting the streaming is fine but I can’t find a way to mute the computer audio.

Muting computer audio would also kill speech from my screen reader so I couldn’t use the computer anyway.
