Greetings!

How can i listen to the recorded DMR audio that i have in SDR Trunk ?

If you mean how, use an mp3 player. If you mean find and listen, look in the folder defined in your user preferences to see where they are being saved. You can play them out of there, or get either Trunking Recorder or Rdio Scanner.
