SDRTrunk not syncing

i am starting the program and i see the signals are repeating dashes. i am using rtl sdr V4s x 2

i am not sure what to do about it

i also see a configuration error on the start up; screen i just cant seem to screan shot it

Tell us which operating system you are using.
The V4 tuner uses a special driver.

Version 0.6.0 and forward supports this tuner, as long as your computer does. Is the tuner working otherwise?
E4K is the Elonics E4000 style tuner, which is NOT a rtl-sdr blog V.anything.
