MPT-1327 Custom Channel Map

I am attempting to setup SDRTrunk to monitor the U.S.V.I. MPT-1327 trunking system that uses a custom channel plan. The last time I was on the island of St. John I was able to setup an older version of SDRTrunk and it worked great but I have a new laptop on this trip with v0.6.0 Alpha4 installed and do not seem to be able to get the custom channel plan into the channel map editor.

The channel plan is

CH-100 - 156.2400

CH-101 - 157.4500

CH-110 - 158.8350

CH-111 - 159.1500

CH-112 - 159.4500

CH-113 - 160.2750

Any advice on how to get this channel plan into the channel map editor would be much appreciated, thank you.
