Excessive fade out of nowhere!

I have SDR Trunk running 24/7 on a computer that is not used for anything but SDR Trunk. My scanning has been great for about two months now, and just the other day out of nowhere, SDR Trunk can only pick up the control channel of my Counties simulcast system. I see the all of the P25 signal on the preallocated frequencies too for both control and traffic channels, gain is great, signal is great, but SDR trunk will tune to the traffic channel then very quickly shows the grey FADE status box for less than a split second, then goes back to nothing. Weird part is that nothing has changed, no settings or antenna placement.

So I attached my SDR's to my other laptop with exact same software and playlist file, and it works great! I feel like something changed somewhere, but I don't know what or where?

Ive tried the following for troubleshooting

-Changed Channelizer Type

-Changed gain multiple times

-system reboot

-SDR Trunk reinstall

-Confirmed all frequencies and settings in SDR Trunk and in the settings file.

So, if I am reading your post correctly, it sounds like your getting the control channel but no audio traffic.  What do you see happening

in the Events screen or tab?  Do you see trunk calls?   Have you tried copying the playlist from the laptop over to this computer?
