of course it is... try tetra trunk tracker, tetra plugin for sdr# or so... of course it's only for non encrypted traffic.

He asked if SDRTrunk decodes TETRA. The answer is no. Yes there are other programs out there, but your reply "of course it is" is not accurate in the context of this being the SDRTrunk user group.
