Error log attached.  RTL-SDR works fine for many things.  This software says it can't recognize it.  Does it have to be a particular model of RTL-SDR?

Environment is:
Windows 10 PC always kept updated
2 RTL-SDRs run side by side in 2 USB ports on front of tower PC
1 is used with 150' wire antenna at 25 feet for HF along with SpyVerter
1 is used for everything over 30 Mhz with high gain TV beam antena and rotor
Cables and splitters are all broadband
RF gain is good

My RTL-SDR device, acquired through Amazon.com is:
NooElec NESDR SMArt Bundle - Premium RTL-SDR w/ Aluminum Enclosure, 0.5PPM TCXO, SMA Input & 3 Antennas. RTL2832U & R820T2-Based Software Defined Radio

John,
My guess is that you need to reinstall the drivers with Zadig.  The tuners that you are using are supported, but LibUsb can't open them.  This can probably be resolved with a driver reinstall.

Denny,
Thanks!  I had installed the USB driver, and that worked for everything else.  I switched to the RTL-SDR named driver and now I can see the device recognized and I see a waterfall after working my way through setting a frequency.  The system now lights-up yellow and shows "Invalid Settings".  I tried working my way through the various menus - most seem pretty intuitive but I am pretty convinced I need to sit down with a cup of coffee and do what no male ever wants to do - read the manual!  chuckle...  I am guessing but I probably have an older version of the software and may look at upgrading before I go any further.
