I've recently upgraded my radio hardware / system. Using an intel NUC with RTLSDRs. I'm currently monitoring two DMR systems and one P25 Phase 1 system. The DMR systems are locked in and decoding great. However, the p25 system seems to be monitoring a group call for less than 2 seconds before fading and then becoming active again. If I watch the event logs, one call coming in will continuously be active, then less than 2 seconds later fade, before picking back up again.

No recordings are being made even though it is set to record the calls coming in. I'm using the same settings / playlist as on my old system which was recording the p25 call successfully. I've spent the past few weeks troubleshooting and trying different settings as well as different settings on the tuners with no luck. The control channel is coming in loud and clear and has a good lock. I can see all the calls coming in fine but SDR Trunk just won't stay locked on any one call for more than 2 seconds.

I have one RTLSDR that is locked on the control and two free RTLSDRs that are being used to lock on to any calls coming in. When monitoring the free SDRs, they are locking on to strong signals from the calls.

Any ideas, suggestions, or can I upload any log / event data that might help give more detailed info on why SDRTrunk can't lock on to a call for longer than 2 seconds?

Pix of your configurations, tuners, specific system info, number or sdrs, etc would help.

After reading a few different posts on this group I decided to manually adjust the PPM on the unlocked tuners and they now lock and record the full call. The tuners were set to auto adjust PPM but it looks like for tuners that are not locked to a constant signal they won't auto adjust but I could be wrong. Either way the problem was fixed by manually adjusting the unlocked tuner PPM.
