Upgraded from v0.5.3 to v0.6.0 alpha 7, in alpha 7 am receiving duplicate events in the Events tab , see screen capture, any ideas? --

I just looked today and also see the same behavior. Running on Win 10 64 bit.

I've noticed with this version that if I'm using other programs (working with Excel spreadsheets, scrolling through Facebook) for a significant amount of time, that SDRTrunk will end up crashing.  I have it running on other computers that I don't use interactively, and they don't seem to have the same problem.  

If anyone has any tips or suggestions on parameters to change to prevent the crashing, please let me know.

What system are you monitoring and how many of what type of SDR are you using?  Have you run Task Manager to monitor your memory usage?  Java is running out memory and I wonder if it has anything to do with the prefered tuner being out of tuning range.  The specs of your machine are adequate.

I'm using two AirSpy R2s that cover all of the frequencies in the systems I'm monitoring.  No surprises looking at Task Manager. I believe it's something that changed in the more recent releases. I had been using an older version (5Beta 2, I think) that seemed much more stable over the long haul.

Charley, thank you for the bug report ... resolved here:

Yes, this means sdrtrunk doesn't know how to handle what's likely an L3Harris vendor-specific message.  If you'd like to create a bitstream recording of the control channel and possible a few traffic channels and send to me, I can add support for the missing/unknown message types.

Denny I am having a similar issue on one of my instances, but the systems I am monitoring / recording on that one are all Motorola.

After about 12 hours or so, I notice that trunking recorder and rdio scanner aren't ingesting anything from that machine, I go to check and the system is having all CPU and RAM consumed by SDRtrunk, and all the control channels are rapidly going between idle, fade and control. restarting the program fixes for another 12 hours or so. Can send a log file if needed.
