Issue with SDRT to broadcasfity calls

I have my SDR trunk set on the Maine state comms system and I can receive on the computer., without issue.  I got approved to use broadcastiy call. I got everything set up and when I test connection from SDRT it says successful. the issue is the Broadcastify help states it does not have any call history. They encouraged me to reach out to SDRT. anyone have any ideas.
