Can't play channels

I have a problem in that the program can see my tuners but when I click play, it says can't play channel, no tuner available. What is the problem? SdrTrunk error 2.png

Did you ever have sdrtrunk working or is this your first attempt? What dongles do you have? If Rtl Sdr version 4, I don't believe that version of sdrtrunk would support it. Did you ever install zadig drivers for the dongles? Maybe its how its supposed to be but I have never seen usb ports with decimal points.
