Dear Sir / Madam,
Firstly my apologies for this unsolicited email.
However I felt some of your trainees may be interested in the DCH (UK) examination.
You may already be aware that the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (UK) has introduced the Diploma in Child Health examination in India. Now for the first time ever the DCH (UK) clinical examination can be taken in India. The first clinical examination is scheduled for 2nd October 2015 in Kolkata.
The DCH (UK) examination will be most useful for doctors who are working with children but may not have any formal qualification. The emphasis is on systematic and child centered approach to a sick child, safe clinical practice and promotion of child health.
Doctors with 1 year of paediatric exposure, which doesn’t necessarily need to be formal, will be eligible for the DCH clinical examination after passing the theory examination.
I have included a leaflet with relevant information about the DCH (UK) examination with this mail if any of your associates or trainees are interested.
Myself and the team will of course be happy to talk to anyone interested in the examination if need be.
If you need any further information about the DCH (UK) please do not hesitate to contact me.
Kind Regards ,
Dr. Santosh Agrawal FRCP( Edin) FRCPCH (London) Consultant Paediatrician and Head of the Paediatric Dept. Examiner and Nodal person Eastern India for RCPCH exams AMRI Hospital, Mukundapur, Kolkata email : santosha...@gmail.com phone : 0091 9830021411 |
