EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
SHORT JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for project(s) from proposal stage to study close-out; serve as primary
liaison between project sponsor and Paragon team.
LONG JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure adherence to study procedures, protocol and project plans; assist in selecting
project team; resp. for managing investigative site recruitment and qualification,
finalizing CSA’s, IRB submissions and approvals, study site communication and audits, and
close-out visits.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree in life science, nursing, or other health related field, or equivalent
exp. + min. 7 yrs. monitoring exp., including 2 yrs. in mgmt. capacity; seasoned mgmt.
skills, including budget, project, and staff mgmt.; excellent oral and written
communication skills.
KEYWORDS:
Project Manager, Clinical Research Associates (CRA’s), Clinical Data Coordinators (CDA’s),
Research Support Assistants (RSA’s), Institutional Review Board (IRB), Contractual
Standard Agreements (CSA’s).
SALARY: $60,000 - $70,000/ year
