Enjoy a delectable Raw Vegan Taco Tuesday, the healthy way, with no taste-bud compromise!
We will be having:
Agua de Jamaica
Ceviche
A taco fiesta, including fermented salsa, guacamole, 2 types of taco meat, and sour cream
A delicious Mexican-inspired chocolate mousse
All of the items are plant-based, cook-free, free of oils, soy, and gluten. Nut-free options will be available.
I will show you how to make some of the items, and a hands on portion will allow you to assemble your own fun tacos! You will also receive a recipe booklet by email, to assure that you can repeat all of the goodness at home.
Where: Soy Leaf, 14860 Olde Hwy 80, El Cajon, CA
When: 7-9PM, February 23rd
Price: $50, includes your recipe book, class instruction, and delicious food!
You must pre-register for the Dinner by February 20th. Space is limited - only a few spots left.
