Posting-Frequency: [This is an automatic, periodic posting of the
charter for sdnet.internet.providers. Posting Frequency will be on or
around the 1st and 15th of each month. All discussion should take
place in sdnet.config plus the newsgroup in question.]

For your newsgroups file:
sdnet.internet.providers Discussions Related to San Diego Internet Providers

On-Topic Articles can range from but not limited to:
+ Discussions related to San Diego Internet Providers and/or
Internet Providers.
+ These topics can range from various prices at a given provider
to the various service a provider offers.
+ Various opinions people have in repect to a given provider.

Off-Topic Articles and subjected to possible cancellation:
+ Spam
+ Binary/image files of any kind (as they do not belong in non-binary
newsgroups).
+ MIME/HTML posts, and in particular any posting using a content-
encoding other than 7bit, 8bit, or quoted-printable. Most users reading
Usenet do not use a Web browser.
+ Make Money Fast (MMF) articles.
+ Advertisements not related to San Diego Internet Providers, i.e. ads for
adult porn web sites, personal items forsale, etc.
+ Cross posted articles outside of sdnet.*.

If and when a group FAQ is written for sdnet.internet.providers,
sdnet.internet.providers will be subjected to the groups policies.

This charter permits the sdnet.* Usenet News Administrators to cancel any
article posted in the sdnet.internet.providers newsgroup which does not
have particular relevance to the San Diego and surrounding areas, or is in
violation of a relevant sdnet.* charter. Any San Diego area resident may
send e-mail to the posters news administrators for
sdnet.internet.providers charter violations.
