Hi Bob,

I noticed that the CL_TIME_FORMAT list is not present under the SDMX-HD files menu.

I just found this explanation on the SDMX website : http://www.sdmxusers.org/forum/index.php/topic,25.0.html

Which suggest it is only needed for backward compatibility with SDMX-ML and SDMX-EDI, so I suggest we don’t need it and we should simply keep it out.
